PHOENIX -- The state's top health official said Friday the anticipated approval of the new Johnson & Johnson vaccine could be a "game changer'' in the fight against COVID-19.

Officials with the Albertsons grocery store company today announced they will be offering doses of the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine  at one of its Yuma locations starting Tuesday.

The former director of Arizona's health department, Will Humble, says zip-code level data on Covid-19 vaccination rates statewide would show low numbers for disadvantaged populations. But will the state release the information?

PHOENIX -- Acknowledging a disparity, the state's top health official said efforts are underway to get more vaccines into the arms of more members of minority and underserved communities.
