Arizona Students and Teachers depend more on fundraising

In March, Arizona Governor Doug Ducey signed a budget that cuts K-12 funding by $113 million.

As funding for education has been cut, schools around the state are becoming more dependent on their fundraising efforts to help maintain their services and extracurricular activities.

As KAWC’s Stephanie Sanchez  reports---some school clubs have been fundraising before school starts.
