Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne was in Yuma Tuesday speaking about how the mortgage crisis hit the area. KAWC's Kim Johnson reports Horne was at the center of negotiations with banks to get a 25 billion dollar settlement for the state, a settlement that did not go to homeowners.
