Hiring Event Offering Census Jobs
The CIty of San Luis is joining forces with the United States Census Bureau for a hiring event in San Luis, Arizona.
The hiring event is going on today (Oct. 22) from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the San Luis City Hall, located on 1090 E. Union Street. Attendees should head to the multi-purpose room.
It's all part of a push by the U.S. Census Bureau to promote the importance of the Census, inform the community about available jobs, and allow them to earn extra income while helping their community.
U.S. Census Bureau representatives will be on site to help attendees through the application process and provide any information relating to open positions.
For those interested in applying and completing the 30-minute application, applicants must be at least 18-years-old and will need to have all of the following information: social security number, home address (physical and mailing address), e-mail address and phone number as well as their date and place of birth.
For anyone unable to attend the hiring event, they can still apply for Census’ jobs at 2020census.gov/jobs.
