Justice Department Moves To Block Beer Merger
Officials at the Justice Department have filed a lawsuit to block Anheuser-Busch InBev from buying Grupo Modelo which sells Corona. The government says preventing the acquisition is the only way to keep beer prices down.

Iran is preparing for June's presidential election. It's the first since the controversial 2009 vote sparked massive protests when the government declared Mahmoud Ahmadinejad the winner. Thousands of Iranians have since fled the country. A number of exiles in neighboring Turkey have little optimism for the coming election campaign.

Though Jobless Rate Stays Stuck, Job Growth Looks Much Stronger
The jobless rate was 7.9 percent vs. 7.8 percent in December. But new data show job growth has been better than first thought and ended 2012 on a strong note. Overall, it's estimated that several hundred thousand more jobs were created in 2011 and 2012 than previously thought.
