Yuma Edition: Meet the cocineras feeding Yuma’s Students

In this episode of Yuma Edition, we step inside 4th Avenue Junior High to meet the cocineras who help feed more than 300 students each day. We hear from the women behind the meals about their backgrounds, their cultures, and the pride they take in caring for Yuma’s students.

We also hear from the school’s principal, Jose Cazarez, who tells us about the importance of the food preparation team at his school and the role they play in supporting students daily.
