Yuma Union High School District
Gila Ridge High School

Gila Ridge High School drama students are expected to put on quite the action show come Thursday and Friday.

They will be hosting "Stage Combat" where students engage in "unarmed combat skills... which includes prop swords sticks and other objects," said Drama teacher Forrest Straley.

The performances kick off at 7:00 p.m. in the Performing Arts Auditorium. Admission is free and they're expected to run for around 90 minutes.

It will be a great opportunity for entry level drama students to get on stage and perform in front of a live audience.

"I believe this show is going to be amazing,” said GRHS Assistant Stage Manager Maiah Meza, who is a senior at the school. “The cast is all very excited and ready to put on a great show."
