U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-SC, meets with U.S. Border Patrol agent S. Cabrera in Nogales, Ariz. on Feb. 18, 2021.

U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham announced on Twitter that he will visit the U.S.-Mexico border near Yuma on Monday.

Graham, a Republican from South Carolina, said he will meet with U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials to discuss border security and the flow of migrants into the United States.

WCSC News in South Carolina reports Graham’s office said he will tour migrant processing facilities and meet with border officials during the trip. It will be his third trip to the border this year following a visit to Arizona in February and Texas the following month.

Graham and other Republicans including Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey have blamed a larger number of migrants at the southern border on what they say are failed policies of the Biden Administration.
