Gov. Katie Hobbs joined state and local leaders to open a new workforce training facility at Arizona Western College in Wellton.

The Arizona Commerce Authority want a judge to rule there's nothing unconstitutional about it giving away up to $125 million in state tax credits a year to lure film makers to Arizona.
