There's nothing illegal about the state giving tax credits to companies that make their movies and even their commercials in Arizona, a judge has concluded.

The president of the Arizona Senate is trying to undo tax incentives designed to lure Hollywood producers to Arizona -- incentives backed by half of the senators of his own party.

The Arizona Commerce Authority want a judge to rule there's nothing unconstitutional about it giving away up to $125 million in state tax credits a year to lure film makers to Arizona.
