Bars would not be included if restuarants are to re-open on May 12, according to Gov. Ducey.  Restaurants and bars that don't comply could lose their liquor license and face fines of up to $2,500 and six months in jail .

Ducey also announced all travel restrictions will remain in place until the May 15 date.

Last week Ducey said all elective surgeries would resume on May 1.
