In a new ruling Friday, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected arguments by attorneys for the party that it alone gets to decide in which races to participate, stating Arizona's interests in having people participate in the political process outweighs any burden on the No Labels Party to decide who gets to run.

Pro-choice advocates in Arizona said they have surpassed the threshold of required signatures to put a measure on the November ballot which would add abortion protections to the state Constitution.

Arizona votes will vote on ten initiatives on the November election ballot. We'll hear about one that didn't make the cut. We also hear from a pollster on the issues driving Arizona voters.

Initiative petitions filed Thursday could give Arizonans a chance to make registration and voting easier and overturn some of the restrictions enacted by the Republican-controlled legislature.

Arizonans are likely to get a chance to decide in November whether to provide new protections for themselves against medical and other debt.
