Arizona Edition - A big project is blowing in the wind near San Luis, Arizona, or creating its own wind. Efforts to build one of the largest structures ever conceived for the state are culminating in a project that could generate as much electricity as Hoover Dam, but use less space and water. It might be the largest construction project in Yuma County and could bring the San Luis area up to 500 permanent jobs.
