Customers made their final visits to Goldsboro's Bakery in Yuma this past week before the business closed Saturday after 48 years.

On this week's Arizona Edition, Goldsboro's Bakery in Yuma has closed after 48 years in business. KAWC civic engagement reporter Carmen Márquez stopped by the other day to speak with longtime customers and employees about what Goldsboro's has meant to them.

And with early voting for the midterm election underway, KAWC asked young voters in Yuma what's on their minds. The main answer: it's the economy and the job market and higher prices for goods and services.

Also, some residents in the Tierra Mesa Estates neighborhood in east Yuma say their water bills have been increasing in what appears to be a random and unequal manner. KAWC reporter Victor Calderón spoke to residents and reached out to the Cactus State company that provides water for the neighborhood. Stay tuned to kawc.org for a more detailed report.

And finally, Onvida Health is offering an ongoing hands-on training program for local students. KAWC education solutions reporter Sisko Stargazer has more information.
